Royal Arsenal Riverside, Woolwich
Occupying a site steeped in military, royal and industrial history, the redevelopment of Royal Arsenal currently comprises over 3,850 mixed-tenure homes, across 40 new and refurbished buildings, increasing to c.5,000 upon completion.
We manage all of the homes and the multiple amenities, including the gyms, spa, cinema, swimming pool, local shops, pubs and cafes, together with the parkland and district heating systems. There is also a Crossrail station and Thames Clipper pier.
We have been instructed since 2007 initially providing a number of consultancy services. We lead on a comprehensive programme of community events and activities.

Centre Point, central London
A well-known landmark in the West End of London, the iconic grade II listed Centre Point has been transformed into a high-end destination boasting over 400,000 sq. ft. of residential, retail, restaurants and commercial space, around a new pedestrianised public square adjoining Tottenham Court Road tube station.
Following completion of the refurbishment in 2017 we were appointed by the developer client to deliver full management services for the luxury residences in Centre Point tower and the commercial areas including the public square. Our on-site team manages a wide range of high quality private resident amenities.
Chelsea Barracks, Belgravia
Super-prime residences and amenities, set within new garden squares, on this historic site that for the first time in 150 years is once again an integral part of Belgravia. Designed by world leading architects, the former military base has been transformed into a highly desirable and sustainable neighbourhood that on completion will include 448 mixed-tenure homes.
We manage all of the homes including the amenities within the opulent Garrison Club which features a luxurious spa, cinema, billiard room and business suite.
We have been involved at Chelsea Barracks since 2020 originally providing a range of consultancy services before taking over the estate management in 2021.

Queen's Club Gardens, Kensington
Queen’s Club Gardens in West Kensington was built in the late 19th century and consists of 33 blocks of prestigious mansion apartments, set around private communal gardens and tennis courts. There are 552 apartments from 1 to 6 bedrooms, which benefit from spacious interiors with high ceilings and many original period features.
We have provided full property management services at Queen’s Club Gardens since we were instructed by the freeholder in 2006. We have a team of 7 dedicated staff on site to provide a first-class service including an on-site Estates Office with a dedicated manager, porter, gardeners and staff who ensure residents enjoy the full benefits of the development.
New Garden Quarter, Stratford
A contemporary development of 471 mixed-tenure homes and over 10,000 sq.ft. of commercial space centred around 2 acres of new green space. This former derelict site is within a short walk of Stratford town centre, Stratford station and Westfield, and provides a high proportion of family and affordable homes.
We have been involved since 2016 having initially delivered a number of consultancy services.
We are delivering full management services on a tenure blind basis.
Grove End Gardens, St Johns Wood
Constructed in 1935, Grove End Gardens in London's prestigious St Johns Wood is a large purpose built 7 storey block of 277 apartments. 6 penthouses and underground car parking were added in the 2010s, whilst entrance areas were renovated. Extensive mature, communal gardens cover two-thirds of the near 2 acre site.
We are managing and assisting with several ongoing projects to ensure the long-term future of the building including an upgraded heat network, extensive pipework replacement, boundary wall remedials and phased external works.
Involved since we were instructed by the trustee in 2014.
We provide full property management services to the homes, amenities and communal gardens, including 24/7 concierge and managed underground parking.

Improving the pace of fire safety remediation

Our specialism in managing large, complex city centre developments means our management portfolio comprises a high proportion of Higher Risk Buildings. We believe that we are responsible for coordinating more remediation projects on behalf of our clients than any other managing agent, with our projects accounting for 23% of applications to the original Building Safety Fund (BSF).
Improving the pace of remediation works requires an appreciation of the current obstacles faced. As our team has unique insights into the process which we believe could help overcome the existing challenges, we have written an open letter to Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer, and Deputy Prime Minister, Angela Rayner, in the hope that we can develop a dialogue that will lead to positive change.

Wale joined Rendall & Rittner in November 2009 to head the property management team overseeing Royal Arsenal Riverside and other large mixed-use developments in the South East London area. He has managed prestigious developments with large on-site and Property Manager teams, as well as steering company initiatives and growth. Michael has developed as strong client base along the South Coast and in Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey, Essex and Greater London.
