We are delighted to have scooped the Best Managed Residents Facility Award and Best Managed Residents Facility Award at last night’s News on the Block Awards for our Goodman Fields development in London.
The News on the Block Awards held at Wembley Stadium celebrates excellence and professionalism of all specialists working in our industry at an individual and company level. This year the award organisers boasted they had received the highest ever volume of entries, so it is great news to hear that we were shortlisted for four awards, winning the joint award entry with Berkeley Homes.
Rendall & Rittner’s very own Estate Manager, Nigel Evangelista, was there to collect the award with Emma Blaney, Operations Manager, from Berkeley Homes. Nigel leads a team of 20 full-time staff, who take a proactive and personal approach to tenant relations, resulting in a strong rapport with residents. The majority of our concierge staff come from a background in working high-end hospitality and the service they give is on a par with that of a luxury hotel.
