Richard Daver, Managing Director of Rendall & Rittner announces ARMA Ace Award wins for 2017
We were delighted to join developers, managing agents and suppliers at an exclusive awards dinner and ceremony on a very sunny Friday evening at the Tobacco Docks in London to celebrate and recognise success across our industry, with the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA).
The 2017 ARMA Ace Awards was the inaugural awards ceremony, organised by the leading trade association for residential leasehold management, designed to showcase the talent, commitment, and achievements of managing agents across the UK. As members of ARMA, we already know how important it is to work together with like-minded professionals to set high standards in residential block management, so we were thrilled at having an opportunity to enter the first awards of their kind for our industry.
It was a great achievement to be shortlisted for four of these prestigious awards, so, imagine our delight when we scooped three trophies for the ARMA Customer Service Award, Larger Managing Agent of the Year and also the Corporate Social Responsibility Award.
It is a tremendous accolade to win three awards.
Here’s what the panel of judges said:
For the Customer Service Award, we were recognised for our ‘thorough review of Standard Operating Procedures’, and the judges felt: “The thorough review has helped Rendall & Rittner to go beyond ‘Business as Usual’ and focus on partnerships, engaging with their customers and suppliers, to add value to the customer experience.”
Our customer satisfaction surveys were also appealing to judges, who also recognised, and were particularly impressed that Rendall & Rittner had helped a homeless person to gain employment, which was part of the reason we won the Social Responsibility Award. The news of our achievements with Investors in People Gold Standard was also well-received by the panel.
These awards go to show just how important it is to offer exceptional, value added services to our clients and their residents. For example, this year we have launched the R&R Residents Club and the first ever government apprenticeship in Housing and Property Management.
These awards add to other accolades we have won already this year, including the RESI Award for Property Manager of the Year.
We would like to thank all our incredible staff who have made this possible, proving passion for what we do and setting standards is all important for becoming industry leaders in property management.
Congratulations to everyone who won on the night!
