Rendall & Rittner makes senior appointments to strengthen leadership team

Leading managing agent Rendall & Rittner has made two new appointments to its senior team as the business continues to grow and flourish. Directors, Sue Petri and Dan Steer have both been promoted to Board Director, bringing a further combined experience of 40 years in property management to the Board.

Sue Petri’s career in property management spans twenty years.  She was formerly Managing Director of residential managing agents FirstPort Bespoke before starting her own property management consultancy.  She was also a member of ARMA’s Council and executive team for a number of years.

Sue comments: “Rendall & Rittner is admired as an industry leader with a very strong reputation and I knew we shared the same vision of what property management should look like together with the same high standards in service delivery.  I’m looking forward to seeing Rendall & Rittner continue to thrive and innovate and helping to drive forward positive changes for the business.”

Dan Steer has been with Rendall & Rittner for nine years. He will be leading on procurement within the business, already negotiating a contract worth £11.5 million with Ecotricity, the world’s first green energy supplier, which will provide 100% green, renewable electricity to 80% of Rendall & Rittner managed properties.

Dan comments: “I am delighted to be stepping up within the dedicated Rendall & Rittner team. At this exciting point of growth for the company, I am excited to be able to contribute further and support the expansion of the company.  The recently signed contract with Ecotricity means great cost savings which are realised solely for the benefit of Rendall and Rittner clients.”

Rendall & Rittner has grown into one of the UK’s largest property management specialists, with some 70,000 units across the country under management, from small high-end developments to some of London’s largest regeneration projects.
