R&R shortlisted for three prestigious industry awards

We are delighted that Rendall & Rittner has been shortlisted for three RESI Awards. We have been nominated in the categories Property Manager of the Year, Residential Consultancy Practice of the Year and Eco Initiative of the Year. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony taking place at London’s Grosvenor House on 2 December, after the date was rescheduled due to current circumstances.

Run by Property Week magazine, the RESI Awards are some of the most prestigious awards in the industry, celebrating the residential property sector and its successes of the past year. We are proud to have won the coveted Property Manager of the Year award four times before.

One area that we feel passionately about as a business is sustainability, so it is great to be shortlisted for our entry for Eco Initiative of the Year, which highlighted our pioneering partnerships with Ecotricity and Delphis Eco. We are proud to be working with Ecotricity, the world’s first green energy supplier, through which we have supplied 93% of our developments with completely renewable electricity. And by using Delphis Eco cleaning products across our portfolio and within our supply chain, it is estimated that each year we save a total of 477 tonnes of CO2 emissions from entering the atmosphere.
