Investors in People is the international standard for people management, meaning they determine what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively in order to achieve the best results. We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a platinum accreditation by Investors in People. This places Rendall & Rittner in fine company with international organisations that know the value of investing in their people.
We first achieved Investors in People accreditation back in 2006, and have continued to develop our people management practices as we strive for continuous improvement. In 2018 we were awarded a Platinum standard for the first time, and we are proud to have retained this level three years later. This platinum accreditation is the highest level that can be awarded, and is only achieved by 2% of organisations.
As a company that currently employs 500 members of Head Office staff and over 1,500 on-site staff, investing in our people is imperative for the smooth running of our business. This achievement reflects the significant hard work of everyone at Rendall & Rittner, from our apprentices all the way up to our lead executives. In order to have become a platinum company, everyone knows that they have an important part to play in the company doing well. We would like to thank everyone at Rendall & Rittner for supporting us in achieving this award, as we could not have done so without the hard work and dedication of everyone in the company.
We are proud to have been recognised by Investors in People. The award provides external validation that policies and practices concerned with supporting people are embedded in everything that we do.
