We are delighted to have been shortlisted for three awards at this year’s ARMA Ace Awards, with the results being presented at what should be an exceptional black-tie event in London tonight.
Following our success in the category last year, we have once again been shortlisted for the Managing Agent of the Year (15,001+ units) award. Comments from the judges last year made reference to the significance that we place upon health and safety, whilst continuing to demonstrate strength in all areas of the business. Testament to the unfaltering work of all the Rendall & Rittner team, it was incredible to be presented with this award last year and we are delighted to have made the shortlist for this year’s awards.
We have also been shortlisted for the Wellbeing Champion Award, a new category at the ARMA Ace Awards. This award has been designed to celebrate and acknowledge organisations that have developed wellbeing initiatives and strategies that make a genuine difference to staff needs. At Rendall & Rittner, we are proud to have a dedicated team of Mental Health First Aiders, as well as an excellent partnership with LifeWorks, to ensure that our employees and their immediate families have access to confidential support whenever they might need it. Many of our office staff are also pleased to benefit from flexible working, which allows our team to ensure their own work-life balance is maintained.
Thirdly, we are delighted to have been shortlisted for the Environmental & Sustainability Impact Award. Another new category at this year’s award, this category is all about showcasing how sustainable solutions have been planned, implemented and promoted. We are proud to have developed a robust ESG strategy that continues to evolve as we find further ways to excel in sustainable property management. We are tackling a range of environmental issues including sourcing renewable energy through Ecotricity, procuring sustainable cleaning products from Delphis Eco and encouraging residents to go paperless by switching to e-communications. We are also proud to have worked with our communities and staff to support some incredible charities and initiatives, including the Great Ormond Street Hospital toy appeal, bike and clothing collections, and by running a series of litter picks throughout the country with the help of our staff volunteers.
We are looking forward to attending this evening’s event and meeting with other talented and dedicated property management professionals to celebrate the achievements of those from across the property industry.
