These announcements reflect the incredible talent within our organisation and our commitment to investing in our people as we strive to deliver our ambitious strategy for sustained growth.

Expanded Roles for Property Directors

Supporting the aims of our expanding business, Paul Denton, Wale Oladunjoye and Daniel Steer have taken on expanded remits within their roles as Property Directors. Their enhanced roles will provide greater oversight of our portfolio, ensuring more effective support for our teams and contributing to our ambitious growth plans. 

Appointment of New Company Director

We are delighted to appoint Elisa Keating as a company Director with a focus on the prime market. Elisa has been a valued member of the Rendall & Rittner team for 14 years and brings extensive expertise and a forward-thinking approach to this strategic role. She will lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities, ensuring our prime portfolio continues to expand in a highly competitive market.

Divisional Director Promotions

Congratulations to James Mattocks, Nicola Milburn, Simon Leech, and Charlotte Campbell-Skelly, who have been promoted to Divisional Directors in our London divisions. These promotions reflect the significant commitment of these four talented individuals and their new roles will provide an opportunity to demonstrate their outstanding leadership and strategic thinking skills to drive performance and enhance client satisfaction.

 Strengthening Management with New Area Directors

We recognise the value of hands-on, focused leadership and are therefore pleased to announce the promotion of James Beeston, Jamie O’Loughlin and Charlie Crawley to Area Directors within our London divisions. To further strengthen this team, we are actively recruiting an additional Area Director for one of our London divisions.

 New Property Team Leaders and Strategic Transfers

We are also delighted to confirm the appointment of Lewis Green, Loretta Moore, and Jenniffer Mann as new Property Team Leaders. As well as direct promotions, we have also made a number of transfers within the company, providing new opportunities for our people to grow. A notable example is Annette Tait, who is transitioning into a leadership role within our Freehold Client Division.
