We are delighted to share that following our recent reassessment by Investors in People (IiP) we have once again attained Platinum accreditation status. We have held Platinum status since 2018 and we will now hold it for the next three years through to 2027. Recognising our commitment to people management and employee wellbeing, this is the highest accreditation possible.
Investors in People is an internationally recognised accreditation programme that provides a framework for assessing the performance of a company and improving workplace culture. It looks at factors such as employee engagement, communication, organisational culture and work practices. We are proud to be on a continuing journey of striving to be better and leading our sector as an employer that puts its people first.
The Investors in People Assessor said about Rendall & Rittner: “The ongoing adaptability and development that you continue to undertake, whether it's your leadership and management development, learning and development, changes to structure or improvements in technology was seen as a credit to you by the panel, demonstrating the Platinum credentials of being great, but still always improving!”
These comments clearly resonate with our company strapline of ‘People led, technology enabled, service driven’ and show our commitment to the continuous improvement of our team.
It takes a huge amount of work to prepare for such assessments so particular thanks go to Catherine Orezzi, Lesley McGowan, Lisa Fitzgerald, James Chouls, Ben Brazil, Emma Howell and Rebecca Struve for their contributions. Congratulations to everyone involved.
