Recognising our On-Site Service Champion Award Winners!
At Rendall & Rittner, we understand that delivering an outstanding service to our clients, customers and residents is vital for our continued success and growth. In order to celebrate the achievements of those that have gone above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service, we have recently presented our annual Service Champion Awards to our on-site winners. With nominations received from both residents and our people, we are delighted to announce our three award winners, as well as those that were highly commended in this year’s awards.
This year, Dave Joplo (Stone Studios in Hackney Wick) was our deserving resident-nominated award winner. Dave received a significant number of nominations, with numerous comments highlighting his dedication and professionalism. Residents also noted that Dave’s smile creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere! Khaled Rachedi (Day Concierge at Clarendon Court), Amal Bouss (Cleaner at Stone Studios) and Albert Osae (Concierge at Ferry Quays) were all highly commended by our residents. Many thanks indeed to all the residents who voted and left comments!
Our people also had the opportunity to nominate colleagues that deliver an exceptional service. This year, the winners of our colleague-nominated awards are Ingrid Bolak (New Garden Quarter) and Eugene Iroka (The Gallery). Ingrid has impressed with her leadership skills and her ability to be proactive in finding solutions that make a real impact. Eugene is a real asset to the team, taking pride in his work as he embodies our values and positively influences the environment around him.
We were also delighted with the nominations received from our staff for Silviu Bitculescu (Resident Services Manager at Centre Point), Damaris Ortega (Cleaner at 190 Strand) and Alex Putintsev (Deputy General Manager at Centre Point) who have all been highly commended.
