As a leading residential property managing agent, we rely on the skills and dedication of our teams to manage our portfolio of schemes and deliver an exceptional service to our customers, clients, and residents. We are therefore committed to hiring and retaining the best people, whether recognising and promoting success from within Rendall & Rittner, or welcoming new talent from across and outside the wider industry.
As we continue to strengthen our teams, we have recently welcomed two key appointments: Ross Facta as Head of Consultancy, and Greg Scrivens as Technical Services Manager.
Ross Facta, Head of Consultancy
Since joining Rendall & Rittner as a Senior Property Manager in 2018, Ross’ keen problem-solving skills have made him an exceptional asset. His hard work and dedication had already seen him progress to positions as Property Team Manager and most recently as Area Director, where he was responsible for overseeing one of our London divisions.
As Head of Consultancy, Ross is now leading our development consultancy offering, helping to tailor our services to a wide range of developments, from smaller estates to larger, mixed-tenure schemes. Supporting clients from the pre-construction stage through to ongoing management, Ross’ skills and experience will prove invaluable in providing guidance on budgets and forecasting, advice on planning requirements and compliance strategies, as well as identifying key considerations for ensuring a smooth customer journey.
Ross comments: “When I first joined Rendall & Rittner six years ago, I was attracted by the strong values and the proven ability of the company to go from strength to strength. This felt like a place where I would have valuable opportunities to grow and learn and I am grateful to have been supported to develop and advance in my career. In my new role, I am looking forward to leveraging the knowledge and broad experience that I have gained at Rendall & Rittner to provide practical, value adding guidance for our clients.”
Greg Scrivens, Technical Services Manager
We have also recently appointed Greg Scrivens as our new Technical Services Manager. With a background undertaking various engineering management roles for a multi-national grains, oils and food company, Greg joined the property management sector in 2013 in pursuit of a new challenge. He has since developed a detailed knowledge of the complexity of building service requirements, which will prove invaluable in his new role.
As Technical Services Manager, Greg is providing expertise on a range of issues, including technical consultancy and new business mobilisation. This includes ensuring mechanical and electrical assets across the portfolio are maintained in accordance with statute and best practice. Greg is also drawing upon his extensive knowledge of heat networks as he supports on the management of our systems.
Greg comments: “Rendall & Rittner prides itself on being a people-led business, which is something that particularly attracted me to this role. I was also impressed by the focus on benefitting from the power of technology and using this to enhance the services we provide to our clients and customers. I am looking forward to working across our diverse portfolio and I am excited to establish a best-in-class engineering solutions package.”
