Introducing our new Property Management Academy

As a service provider, we appreciate that our people are our greatest asset. In order to secure and retain the best people, we are committed to investing in our employees and understand that learning and development (L&D) is a key part of this. We are constantly looking for opportunities to refine and enhance our L&D strategy in order to support our people in developing their knowledge and skills, and have therefore recently launched our new Property Management Academy.

Designed to help our people unlock their potential, The Property Management Academy ensures all our Assistant Property Managers, Property Managers and Senior Property Managers have easy access to the learning materials they need to consistently perform at the standard our clients, customers and residents have come to expect from us. It provides opportunities for our people to focus on growth and development, and cement their understanding of key topics including those related to health & safety, legal, facilities and maintenance, finance and more. Through the Academy, it will also be easier for us to recognise and celebrate our Property Managers as they reach key milestones in their career.

The Property Management Academy offers a tailored programme of 100+ lessons via our Engage in Learning platform. Divided into eight levels, colleagues enter the programme based on their level of knowledge, which allows us to tailor learning requirements to meet individual needs.
