Our Health and Safety team oversees safety for all our sites, providing support and advice for on-site team members, property managers and our clients. This includes assisting our clients to understand the requirements of the Building Safety Act and our property teams to comply with all health and safety legislation and best practice.
Company Secretarial
One of our key Resident Management Company Services is where we act as your Company Secretary and registered office if required. We have a specialist in-house team who deliver a broad range of Company Secretarial services to our RTM property management and RMC clients.
Resident communication
Good communication is essential to successful block property management.
We make sure we communicate regularly with residents, both in person via our on-site teams and dedicated Property Managers, as well as through our portal. Our online portal is included within our management fee and provides one single place where residents can find news and information, review service charges, and report maintenance issues round the clock.

West Cliff Mansions, Bournemouth
44 apartments in a new development that was built by the Bournemouth Development Company, a joint venture between BCP Council and Muse Developments (part of Morgan Sindell). We have working with the RMC and its Directors since the development was first occupied in 2022.

Leftbank, Manchester
Leftbank features 391 riverside homes with 2 floors of associated car parking in the renowned Spinningfields central business district of Manchester. We have facilitated a façade remediation funded by the developer. We are appointed by the Resident Management Company and manage a team of on-site staff including concierges and cleaners.

Southbank Tower, London
In a prime Thames-side location the 41 storey Southbank Tower features 193 private homes with stunning floor to ceiling views and amenities which draw inspiration from the finest hotels including a rooftop sky garden and residents’ lounge, to the cinema, swimming pool and fitness suite with sauna and steam room. Southbank Tower includes a rooftop photovoltaic system, Combined Heat & Power boiler and solar reflective glazing to significantly reduce its environmental impact and running costs.
We have managed Southbank Tower since appointment by the Residents’ Management Company in 2022.
We employ a team of 20 highly trained staff on-site to provide outstanding service to this impressive development and its residents.
Williams Close, Huntingdon
51 private apartments in Brampton near Huntingdon. The site had issues with incorrectly specified flat front doors that had been paid for in full by the previous agent. The firm fitting the doors ceased trading part-way through install. We appointed a specialist firm to oversee the door replacement with correctly fitting fire doors.

Ocean Village, Southampton
Ocean Village is a bustling mixed-use residential, business and leisure destination surrounding a yacht-filled marina on the mouth of the River Itchen. Our estate management includes the UK's only 5* marina with deep water basin, MDL marina headquarters, a hotel, restaurants, bars and shops, various car parking areas, plus roads and paths. We manage multi million pound projects for the ongoing maintenance of the marina.
